Safety, Maintenance, and Assembly: Propane Fire Pit Details and Care Tips
Because safety and upkeep go hand-in-hand with enjoyment, you should treat the propane fire pit as both a centerpiece and a piece of equipment that needs regular care. You’ll follow safe propane storage practices: keep tanks upright, cool, and away from direct sun, and inspect hoses and connections before each use. Clean the burner and glass guard regularly to prevent soot buildup. For ignition troubleshooting, check fuel flow, valve position, and pilot assembly; replace faulty igniters promptly. Tighten fittings, store cushions indoors during storms, and follow the included assembly instructions so your group can relax together around a reliable fire. When selecting replacement parts or accessories, choose compatible components and the correct propane regulator to ensure safe, consistent fuel pressure.

Some Questions Answered
Does the Set Include Outdoor Storage Covers?
No, the set doesn’t include outdoor storage covers. You’ll want to buy waterproof covers and breathable liners to protect cushions and rattan between uses. Choose covers that fit the sectional and fire pit, and pick breathable liners to prevent mildew while letting moisture escape. That way you’ll keep your set looking cared-for and welcome—your outdoor space will stay cozy, protected, and ready whenever you want to gather.

Can the Fire Pit Run on Natural Gas Instead of Propane?
No — the fire pit is set up for propane and won’t directly run on natural gas without modifications. You can check conversion kit compatibility with ASJMR or a certified technician; if a manufacturer-approved natural gas conversion kit exists, you’ll feel safer converting it. Reach out to ASJMR support and local pros so your whole group can enjoy the fire pit confidently and safely, keeping everyone included and protected.
What Are the Exact Dimensions of Each Sofa Piece?
Each sofa piece measures 27.6 inches deep; you’ll find the seat depth is roughly that full depth, giving roomy seating. Arm width on the armrest sofas is moderate to support resting arms without feeling bulky. You’ll feel welcomed as the cushions and softback pillows fill the space, and the modular pieces let you create cozy layouts for friends and family that fit your porch or patio needs.
Is the Rattan Fade-Resistant Under Prolonged Sun Exposure?
Yes — the PE rattan is designed for UV stability and should resist fading, though colorfastness testing is what confirms long-term performance. You’ll want to place it where you and your group feel comfortable and protected; periodic cover or shade helps maintain look. If you live somewhere with intense sun, expect some gradual fade over years, but proper care and the rattan’s UV-treated weave will keep your set feeling like home.
